On 25 May 2018 the Data Protection Act 1998 was replaced by the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Oxford College of First Aid takes your privacy very seriously and our Data Protection Policy has been in place for many years to protect your rights and safeguard any personal information we hold. The new regulations will give individuals new rights over the way their personal data is collected, used and stored and we at Oxford College of First Aid are committed to complying with this legislation.

We will only collect personal data from you necessary for us to carry out our legitimate interests; data will not be passed to third parties other than as necessary for us to fulfil our contract with you. We may collect data in the form of your name, address, email and telephone contact numbers and, if applicable, your workplace contact details; we will not ask for any sensitive information. Payment is made through our secure booking system and all data is stored securely and kept only for as long as necessary.
